Strive 拟将股票发行计划规模扩大 42 亿美元，预计上周增持 2649 枚比特币
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptopolitan 报道，Strive 计划将其普通股和 SATA 优先股的 ATM 股票发行计划各扩大 21 亿美元，合计 42 亿美元。若完成，普通股 ATM 计划将增至 25.5 亿美元，SATA 优先股计划将增至 26 亿美元。CEO Matt Cole 表示，此举是由于流动性和投资者需求持续增加。
据估计，上周 Strive 在四个交易日内增持约 2,649 枚比特币，价值约 1.93 亿美元，其中周五单日购入 1,179 枚。Strive 目前持有约 16,500 枚比特币，在上市企业比特币持有者中排名第七。SATA 优先股年化股息率 13%，将于 6 月 16 日起每日派息。
