Twenty One Capital 面临纽交所合规警告，需在 6 月 5 日前任命独立审计委员会成员
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Protos 报道，比特币财库公司 Twenty One Capital 收到纽交所（NYSE）正式通知，因审计委员会独立董事人数不足而被认定不合规，需在 6 月 5 日前完成整改，否则将于 6 月 9 日起被标记为 BC（低于合规标准）。
此前，Tether 完成对 SoftBank 持有的约 8910 万股 A 类股的收购并终止相关治理协议，导致 SoftBank 派驻的两名董事辞职，其中一人为审计委员会成员。此举使得公司在过渡期内审计委员会仅剩一名独立董事，不符合纽交所要求。Twenty One Capital 表示将尽快任命新的独立审计委员会成员。
