Health → onchain → community. The longer I use Web3, the more I realize that it's the small, repetitive things that keep people engaged the longest. Recently, I've started trying to turn some everyday habits into more manageable onchain data instead of just using crypto for farming or chasing hype. I'm experimenting with @NucleusCodes to automatically log sleep data and track patterns I previously overlooked. After that, I plan to share short weekly recaps on @quipnetwork as a form of public accountability that's just right not too serious, but enough to maintain stability. What surprised me was how effective @sleepagotchi was in a very simple way: • putting down my phone earlier than usual • using soft lighting in the evening • checking in in the morning instead of doomscrolling immediately upon waking There's no feeling of being pressured or overly self helpy. Just a few small pushs, but they made me realize my energy levels and daily routines much more clearly. Everything sounds quite slow and a bit boring. But the more I try it, the more I realize this type of system is the most sustainable. Is anyone else turning their real life routine into on chain reps like this?
