Normal sleep apps nag for streaks. This one tries to vanish. If I open it less, I do better. That is weirdly effective
Results on my side
• post midnight screen time down 27 percent
• woke without alarm 5 of 7 days
• sleep midpoint tightened from 3h drift to under 45m
What makes it interesting is the bet on passive time as value. No grind, no taps. Just your nights becoming data with meaning
If they double down on local cadence squads and gates that trigger at sunrise per time zone, the social layer starts to feel native. Proof of rest as a daily key that other apps can read. A quiet oracle, not a loud quest
Open questions
• can $SLEEP price that passive proof without turning it into a chore
• can invisibility scale without people forgetting it exists
Future of wellness infra or just a nicer chart of your bedtime
