前美国总统候选人旗下Noble收购Helium Mobile，瞄准低成本移动通信市场
BlockBeats 消息，6 月 2 日，建立在去中心化加密网络 Helium 之上的移动通信服务商 Helium Mobile 已被专注于通信服务普惠化的 Noble Mobile 收购。Noble Mobile 由美国企业家及前美国总统候选人 Andrew Yang 创立。
Helium Mobile 曾推出免费手机套餐服务（目前已取消），公司表示，其与 Noble Mobile 在提升通信服务可负担性方面拥有相同理念。双方合并后计划继续推出低价移动通信套餐，希望通过更具竞争力的服务挑战传统电信巨头。
Helium Mobile 首席运营官 Frank Mong 表示：「我们选择 Noble Mobile，是因为双方在价值观、发展愿景以及管理团队方面高度契合。」公司认为，此次收购将有助于进一步扩大去中心化通信网络的市场覆盖范围，并推动低成本移动通信服务的发展。
