Recently, some customers have reported receiving emails with OKX gift attachments or links to winning information. Please do not open the email, click on links or email attachments, to prevent viruses. We would like to remind you that OKX will not distribute gifts in the form of links or attachments in emails.

The OKX official website has an anti-phishing code feature. You can set up your anti-phishing code in 'Profile - Security Settings - Anti-Phishing Code.' Any email sent to you by OKX will include the anti-phishing code you set. If the email does not contain the anti-phishing code, it is a fake or scam email.
