不过该交易的财务合理性面临质疑。分析认为，SpaceX 需增发相当于现有股本约 94% 的新股以完成收购，而特斯拉盈利能力近年明显下滑，其 GAAP 净利润已从 2023 年的 150 亿美元降至约 39 亿美元，剔除监管积分及比特币收益后的核心经营利润仅约 23 亿美元。
