BlockBeats 消息，6 月 1 日，《财富》分析称，若马斯克推动 SpaceX 与特斯拉合并，新公司估值或达到约 3.4 万亿美元，其中 SpaceX 估值约 1.75 万亿美元，特斯拉市值约 1.65 万亿美元。这将成为历史上规模最大的企业并购交易，体量接近现有最大并购案的三倍。
不过该交易的财务合理性面临质疑。分析认为，SpaceX 需增发相当于现有股本约 94% 的新股以完成收购，而特斯拉盈利能力近年明显下滑，其 GAAP 净利润已从 2023 年的 150 亿美元降至约 39 亿美元，剔除监管积分及比特币收益后的核心经营利润仅约 23 亿美元。
报道认为，此举更像是利用市场对 SpaceX IPO 的高估值预期为特斯拉提供支持，而非基于传统财务指标驱动的并购交易。
