深潮 TechFlow 消息，03 月 25 日，据 CoinTelegraph 报道，马绍尔群岛 UBI 计划背后的 M1X Global 完成 300 万美元天使轮融资，投资方包括 Coinbase前 CTO Balaji Srinivasan及 Cumberland Labs CEO Tama Churchouse 等加密行业人士，资金将用于推动 USDM1 数字主权债券向机构市场扩展。USDM1 已于去年 12 月在 Stellar 区块链上线，但 IMF 曾警告该项目存在财政风险及网络安全漏洞，认为其收益与风险不成比例。
