BlockBeats 消息，5 月 30 日，SpaceX 于 5 月 20 日向美国 SEC 递交 S-1 上市申请文件，计划以股票代码「SPCX」登陆纳斯达克，募资规模最高可达 750 亿美元，目标估值或超过 1.75 万亿美元。文件显示，SpaceX 截至 2026 年 3 月 31 日持有 18,712 枚比特币，公允价值约 12.9 亿美元，按当前价格计算价值已接近 14.5 亿美元，持仓规模超过特斯拉此前披露的 11,509 枚比特币储备。
招股书显示，SpaceX 持有的比特币成本约为 6.61 亿美元，平均持仓成本约 35,324 美元/枚，并通过第三方托管机构保管数字资产。市场认为，此次披露表明 SpaceX 已将比特币纳入长期企业财库战略，而非短期投机性投资。
财务方面，SpaceX 2025 年营收为 186.74 亿美元，2026 年第一季度营收 46.94 亿美元。其中 Starlink 业务一季度贡献 32.6 亿美元营收，占总营收约 69%，成为公司最主要的收入来源。
