SOL Strategies宣布斥资1800万美元收购Houdini Swap
BlockBeats 消息，6 月 2 日，加拿大上市公司 SOL Strategies 宣布，已完成此前披露的对 Houdini Swap 的收购。此次交易总价值为 1800 万美元，将通过现金和 SOL Strategies 普通股组合支付。
Houdini Swap 是一家专注于隐私保护的非托管跨链交易聚合平台。截至目前，该平台累计处理跨链兑换交易量约 25 亿美元，并通过与 32 家交易平台合作，在 2025 年创造超过 1300 万美元收入。
SOL Strategies 表示，此次收购进一步完善了公司在 Solana 生态中的业务布局。除验证者基础设施和流动性质押业务外，公司现新增一项已运营近三年、拥有稳定增长收入和大规模交易量的交易业务，进一步扩展其数字资产基础设施版图。该收购计划最初于 2026 年 5 月 4 日公布，如今正式完成交割。
