Kaiko收购Amberdata，推动数字资产数据行业整合
BlockBeats 消息，6 月 2 日，据官方消息，数字资产市场数据、指数及分析服务提供商 Kaiko 宣布收购数字资产数据与分析平台 Amberdata。Kaiko 表示，此次交易连同此前对链上数据基础设施提供商 Cometh 的收购，进一步巩固了其作为机构级数字资产数据解决方案提供商的市场地位。
Kaiko 称，这是数字资产数据行业近年来最重要的整合交易之一。Amberdata 成立于 2017 年，长期为北美地区的对冲基金、资产管理公司、银行及交易所提供服务，在机构市场拥有广泛客户基础。其核心产品包括衍生品分析工具、链上数据服务以及基于人工智能的市场情报系统，被广泛用于资产定价、风险管理和投资组合分析等场景。
Kaiko 认为，随着机构资金持续流入加密市场，对高质量数据和分析工具的需求不断增长。通过整合 Amberdata 的数据资源与分析能力，公司将进一步提升其在机构级数字资产数据市场的竞争优势。
