Arm 与软银曾在 Cerebras IPO 前提出收购意向，但遭拒绝
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 13 日，Arm(ARM.O) 及其大股东软银集团在美国顶尖 AI 芯片公司 Cerebras Systems IPO 前几周曾接触该公司，提出收购意向。据知情人士透露，Cerebras Systems 拒绝了相关提议。Cerebras 计划于周三为其 IPO 定价，公司估值可能达到约 340 亿美元。此前报道称，该公司向潜在投资者表示，IPO 定价预计将高于其发行区间上限，最终市值仍可能随实际发行股份数量变化而调整。Cerebras 有望成为今年迄今以来规模最大的上市交易，此前已暗示可能在市场需求强劲的情况下，将 IPO 价格定在 150至 160 美元发行区间之上。(金十)
