CFTC支持Kalshi对抗俄亥俄州，预测市场管辖权争议继续升级
Odaily星球日报讯 美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）向美国第六巡回上诉法院提交法庭之友意见，支持预测市场平台 Kalshi，并反驳俄亥俄州此前对其提起的诉讼。
俄亥俄州方面认为，Kalshi 的预测市场业务构成未经许可的体育博彩；而 CFTC 则主张，相关市场应属于联邦监管范围，州政府无权越界干预。
CFTC 主席 Michael Selig 表示，俄亥俄州地方法院此前对 CFTC 管辖权的理解“过于狭窄”，希望上诉法院予以纠正。
过去几个月，CFTC 已相继起诉威斯康星、伊利诺伊、亚利桑那、康涅狄格和纽约等州，以维护其对预测市场的监管权。随着 Kalshi、Polymarket 等平台热度上升，联邦与州政府之间的监管边界争议正持续扩大。
