此前的观点是基于特朗普提名凯文·沃什接替鲍威尔担任美联储主席的预期，认为政策将趋于宽松。但现在随着经济形势的变化，这种观点发生改变。报告提到，“我们不再预期美联储今年会降息。”同时他们还指出，影响经济的多重冲击因素，包括伊朗战争、关税、以及人工智能的兴起，使得预测利率变动变得更加困难。
